Vendor Terms and Conditions

Due to the nature of LiquidityApp LLC's multivendor platform, vendors sell products in our marketplace. Consequently, we (LiquidityApp) must request certain information from them. For instance, the company name and description of a vendor are displayed to customers to distinguish vendors from one another. The address is used for calculating shipping rates.

Additionally, we request some personal data, such as first name, last name, and email address. This information is essential for creating a vendor's administrator account in our system. Vendors interact with the marketplace through these accounts. Email addresses are necessary to differentiate between administrators, as each vendor may have multiple administrators. The provided email address will be used to sign in to the store. Names are also necessary to facilitate accountability within vendor teams.

We send account-related emails (such as order status notifications, password reset emails, and other communications) to the provided email address. Therefore, we need to store your email address while you remain our customer. If you decide that you no longer wish to work with our marketplace and would like to have your personal data removed from our database, or if you would like to receive all the personal data associated with your account, please send an email to info@liquidityapp.com.

If you believe that your personal data has been misused, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We are obligated by the US General Data Protection Regulation to inform you of this right; however, we assure you that we do not intend to misuse your data.
